So, you want to know how to get your ex boyfriend back, right? Naturally, the first thing you’ll want to do is cry or scream or do something equally as pointless. But that isn’t gonna get you anywhere! It’s time for you to dry those eyes and get selfish. It’s understandable that this is a trying time for you. But I really encourage you to really use this time. Above all else, you simply must respect the space between you and your ex boyfriend for right now. The end goal is to have your ex boyfriend chase you but before you can get your ex boyfriend back, you have to tear the walls down and really examine WHO YOU ARE – emotionally, physically and spiritually? It’s an empirical truth that everyone could benefit from little “me” time.
Whenever I’m asked about how to get your boyfriend back, the first thing I tell the girl is that the breakup wasn’t their fault. Remember this breakup is just as much about you as it is about them.
Put some energy and real thought into this. It’ll get your mind off the breakup blues, that’s for sure! So let’s get talking…
The “Wow Factor”
Before you begin to get your ex boyfriend back, you HAVE to be ready. You must be armed with a new mentality and healthier outlook. When you see each other, you’ll look and feel different than you did when the fights started and the anger built up. Your ex will see those differences and look upon you with new eyes. This is what we like to call the “Wow Factor.”. What is that supposed to mean? It means when your ex sees you, all they’ll be able to say is “WOW!”
The are essentially 3 areas that we need to focus on in order to achieve the “Wow Factor:” The MIND, BODY and SPIRIT. It’d be great if we could magically change over night – stop our anger problem or lose 30 lbs – but that isn’t gonna happen. So don’t be discouraged if you run into some roadblocks. Take a breath and start again.
This is NOT about changing who you are. It’s about making you a better you. You need to be healthy and confident when the time comes to reconcile with your ex. And I’ll tell you right now… “healthy” does NOT mean supermodel skinny. “Confident” does NOT mean pompous and bitter. The goal is to be in a total state of self-reflection.
What things could you stand to improve on? It’s time to implement a mini-makeover of your mind, body and spirit. We show you how to do all of this in Reunited Romance so that’s definitely a good starting point. Can’t wait to talk more.
Much Love,
Ryan & Serena
